The Black Isle Brewery has been making organic beer for more than 20 years now. They were the first in their industry and continue to pioneer a sustainable, circular business model. It's not just about making great craft beer, they also produce everything they sell in their bars - yes, organically. From the basil you have in your pizza, to the beer your enjoying. Their story is beautiful, interconnected and committed. When I was approached to help them tell this story through images it was both exciting and challenging. When a company is doing so much to be better everyday then there's a lot to tell. A work in progress, one that I enjoy every day.
